Retreat Week

Hi all!
This week we (My revival group, and 3 others) spent 2 nights in Chico, California at a YWAM base. It was amazing and Beautiful! The weather was perfect. Over 100F.
Night One: 2nd year students and Interns walked around prophesying over us 1st years. They would draw prophetic art on peoples arms, or draw them a prophetic picture, and hand it to them. It was amazing how spot on they were! Not sure how it happened, but i wasn't prophesied over at all the 2 days. Must have just been at the wrong place at the right time! No worries, though.
After we got settled into our wonderful air-conditioned room, and ate a fabulous dinner, we headed down to the sanctuary!
The service was amazing! The sound system for worship wasn't in the greatest shape, but we were there to worship God, not hear the best music, so we let God lead us through songs of dance, praise, prayers, and laughter.
There was a time of  Interns prophesying over us as a group, and some individually.

The prayer that came afterwards was so impacting! God was so present and loving on people in special ways!

Day 2 was filled with getting to know our revival group on a deeper level, swimming, hiking to the top of a beautiful mountain, drinking any water we could find in the lobby, and socializing! It was an extremely hot day...it felt great!
For the evening service we danced like crazy for worship, heard a message...powerful! Then we had a soaking time and prayer time where almost everyone was laid out on the floor alone with God.
Then...we had a fire tunnel!! All the second year and Interns created a tunnel, and released joy over us as we walked through- or tried to walk through. God Hit people hard with his glory! It was amazing.
For the next 30-40 min. we jumped and danced for Jesus. We got rid of things that were holding us back in life, such as fear, finance issues, and a list of others!!

Needless to say, no one got much sleep those 2 days.
Friday night I went to my peaceful room to take a nap at 7.20pm.....at 9.33am Saturday morning i woke up! 14 hours of sleep later, i am fully refreshed and caught up!

Now...time for my daily dose of coffee!!
