My First Post!

Hi All!
This is my first blog, and I'm just now figuring out how to use this site. It's been so long since I've Blogged!
California is Beautiful! I absolutely love it here! There are 8 girls living in my home. We do have enough personal space. The house is usually full of laughter, prayers, skyping chats, and long conversations. Its great connected with each girl on a different level. I still haven't learned to cook, but i'm getting there!Slowly. Last week i made chicken breasts for the first time in the oven. Via the help of my sister, Krystal, and roomies Chanel Long (from South Africa!) and Mary Wiggins (From Canada!) I'll get there! It's September, and I lay out all the time. Yesterday it was over 100 degrees F. and i got a tad burnt on my nose :) Sorry to all of those in cold weather...I Don't envy you! Not in the Least bit. California is definitely where my heart was called to, weather and all. I live tops 5 miles away from ANYTHING i need. I could walk to school if i wanted to.

I'm saving a ton of money on Gas! It's great!

Bethel School/Church: Everyday of school feels like the best church service i ever attended. It's what all churches should be like. Just about every day we start off with an amazing holy-ghost time of worship, then lead into teaching. In a short 3 weeks, i've already felt myself changing and growing. God is Amazing. He loves to throw out reminders of his presence and love everywhere. I'm learning to recognize those. He's also teaching me a lot about my self identity, and how much he really LOVES me!
I've been so blessed to have an amazing earthly Father that truly demonstrates the love of a father, so i find it easier to grab onto the understanding of my heavenly father's love! Its so deep, so wide. Immeasurable!
Everyday for school we leave 45 min. early in order to save seats, and get good ones. it fills up so fast! everyone is eager to get there early to socialize and be in the presence. For church my group has to sit in a side room and watch the service from a projector because of how full the church gets. There are 2 full services at the main building, and 2 at a different campus, where the service is also streamed! Its incredible!

For homework i have to read the bible everynight, fill out pages in an identity workbook, fill out and read another book about understanding the bible, and read The Happy Intercessor. It's an incredible book if you haven't yet read it. Last week we had a book due, and before that another one. It's a crazy lot of reading, but so informative and interesting! Love it!

That about sums it up for now. Hopefully future posts won't be this long!
If you have any questions, be sure to let me know!

Everyone should come visit this church. It's deeply moving in the holy spirit, and has such a freedom and thirst for more of God!!!
God Bless!
