Weekly Update

Hey, so..... Everyday is huge!!
I've been soooo busy this week. I feel like i'm constantly going going going, or doing a load of Homework reading.....
It's all good tho!

Week number 2 of the Purity Group with Shelly Gibbs. She is an incredible woman! I love listening to her speak. She is so passionate about life and seeing woman walk into their destiny! I have a feeling she will write at least one book in her lifetime..At Least!
This week we had 5 assignments due! Talk about a crazy weekend for all of us!!
I finished The Happy Intercessor Monday.... It's an incredible book! Please read it! It paints an amazing new perspective on intercessory prayer! Beni Johnson is wonderful. It's an easy-read too, which helps!

Tuesday was an important day for me, and my relationship with God. I was dealing with a lot of things that had been coming to the surface. Tuesday was a day of prayer for me. I prayed through so many things, and dedicated so much to god! I really feel like i broke through many needed things that day!
In the evening i had worship choir. I love being apart of a choir again! Our voices all sound incredible together!

Wednesday I met with my lovely intern Louise Watkins. She is so special! I learned so much from her.
Finally, our revival group met together again. all 64 of us! We had been split up for a couple weeks. It was good to see everyone and connect!

Yesterday we heard Danny Silk talk about Covenant. How the real test of covenant is after the marriage, or after the promise of friendship covenant. The test is when you are hurt, rejected, ignored, or lied to etc... Can you remain faithful, and keep your love??? Too many people have covenant relationships, then at the first test, they are up and out, instead of fighting for the relationship, and remaining true!
So many people should hear this message! It was so incredible!

Right after Danny, Chris Overstreet gave a message. We were all under the impression that he was going to speak on our Town Outreach....But, he gave us a whole new spin! Here are some of his quotes from yesterday: *95% of Christianity has to do with your heart. 5% Has to do with your gifting. (Saying that, too many people want to go out and heal the sick, yet they have sin in their heart, or impurity.)
*Do you have a prayer life? Everything is birthed out of the quiet place.
*God's love develops personal identity.
*Something happens in your prayer life when you know you are forgiven.
*If you are in fear, you are in sin.
*If we hang out with God, we become like God!
*Host the presence of God. Invite the Holy Spirit to rest upon you.
*You can grow in boldness and Faith! How does it grow? By you using it!

Today my last two assignments are due...then i work this weekend.... whew!

God bless all!

Open Heaven Conference

The past two nights i have helped our church by being an usher at the Open Heavens Conference! Talk about power!!
They get us all drunk before the crowd arrives, then put us in our post and have us bless people!
Last night i had to be pulled off the ground from a fit of shakes and giggles, and told to drive home! Thank the Lord for his soberness as well. It was incredible!!
Tonight Shawn Bolz spoke...He was Incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"If you receive a prophet in the name of a prophet, you will receive the prophets reward..."Bill Johnson

I receive him!!!!!!!!! He has such an amazing anointing on his life! He makes me feel like i can do anything i want thats in my heart. He said tonight that really grabbed me....
"God encounters you when you have fun!"
God puts desires in your heart. When you are fully yourself and having fun, God is more than willing to encounter you. He pursues a relationship with you! Because he loves you that much!

We left in a fit of drunkenness again. Jesus is so good. I want the next level. What does he have in store for me? So MUCH!!

I am so anticipating this next level.

Happy Birthday Brianne Marie Esbenshade!!! You rock dear! Love u lots and lots!!

Whoa...Jesus!!

Each and every day just gets better and better! Oh, Gosh! My life is transformed....and transforming! Sooo much is happening.
First all...physically I am super busy!! I work Saturday 8.5 hours, Sunday i go to church, then work 5 hours, then back to church. Monday worked another 8.5 hours! I am so thankful to have a job! It is going so much better than it did the first couple days. I'm just praying for God to really encounter the customers I'm serving! With or without  me saying a word! Every other Monday after work I have a Purity Group I've recently joined.
It's so amazing. Its really about your heart. Protecting your heart and becoming a powerful, godly woman!!
Busy weekend! Tuesdays i have school then right after school i have worship choir practice with my roommate Michelle! Its so anointed! Where else can you get Holy Spirit Drunk at choir practice?!?!? So great!!

I rarely have time for homework, but some how i make do! Its just so exciting all that God is doing in me, and around me.

Today was BY-FAR! my most FAVORITE! day of the whole school year up to this point! And i know it is only going to get better and better! School started with our leaders coming up to give us announcements...but they were drunk. they were barely able to speak clear! Then, all the inters and other pastors got 'wasted' up front. Jesus was on the move!!
Sometime the worship band begin amidst the crazy 'drunk' people, and they led us all into a powerful corporate time of worship!!!
We really had NO idea what was to come. People were going crazy for God all around the building. When you get 800 plus students in one room...its bound to be out of control for Jesus at some point!

During worship i was crying out for God to touch me...as a physical manifestation. I didn't care what it was. I was so hungry for more or him, and for the next deep level. I just wanted him. "Why Jesus, can't I physically feel you like those around me?!" I didn't have to wait too much longer!!
I started praying for one girl who felt alone in this season...and God released sooo much more than I thought I had asked for! It didn't end for the next couple of hours...Through worship, and through Impartation.

All the students lined up all across the room to wait in line for impartation from Bill Johnson, Beni Johnson, Pastors alike, and Interns! It was.....(what adjective haven't I used yet?!) incredible, holy-ghost and spirit filled, amazing, life changing!! etc...etc... I kept getting blasted by the holy spirit. Most everyone in the room was quiet praying and waiting to receive...not me and my 4 other roommates. we all were standing next to each other, and every time one of us was touched, we all felt it. So did the ones praying for us. One guy flipped out over our anointing together, and began clapping over our head. crazy as it sounds, it released MEASURES of Jesus. We couldn't stand up. Yes...we did get some crazy looks from people...and most said, " More Jesus, More...." Like we needed any more!! They needed more!

One comment I heard today was, "Can you believe that this is school?!?!?!"
I really can't. Where else do they let you be so free in the Holy Spirit, teach you about yourself and not conforming to rules and regulations, teach you an amazing culture of honor....and allow you to use terms like....."I got drunk in school today..it rocked!!" Or, "Man, i am totally wasted" and its a good thing... or more, A God thing!!!!

All that to say, God rocks  my world! (literally) and i can't believe its only been like 5 weeks of school. Who am i going to be at the end?!?!

Thanks for reading...or skimming. I always try to make it short, but... God is just doing tooooo much for that!
Goodnight! and Godbless!!

Yay Jesus!

Quick Update before i have to begin my mass amount of homework!
I miss everyone at home...so much! I deeply wish i had time to call/email everyone every week!! Know that i think and pray for you all, all the time!

Prayer request: Right now for school we are having to pick a location for where we are going to take our mission trip next march. I think there is 20-30 locations to choose from, varying in cost and outreach plans.
I am praying about which trip(s) to chose. (We must choose our top 5, and they place us!) I need discernment on whether to step out in faith, believing for the finances to come through, or whether to steward well what God has given me, and choose a trip that costs less. I want his best for me, no matter what it is.
I have never been out of the united states, so my hearts desire is to go to another country. If you have any ideas or thoughts or if God lays any words on your heart to help guide me in this decision making- i would love to hear it.
I'm trusting that he is Going to guide me! And provide in every way! Thanks for your prayers!

Today i joined a new group called Activation. My job in my activation is being a mentor to a younger girl. We will meet weekly. I won't know who i am going to mentor until the end of October at the earliest. It was amazing today, as I sat there and listened to what being a mentor really is, what type of teens we will be placed with, and our role as a friend and mentor. It was amazing! I can't wait to grow myself, and reach out to someone who just needs to be loved!

Tonight after school i went on a really long run, and God spoke to me the whole time. It was a super-natural run! I ran farther and faster than i was ever able to before on this one track i take through my neighborhood. It was incredible. God used so many analogies to show me his plan for this season of my life, and the seasons to come. It was so incredible. The revelations didn't stop till my breathing came down to normal again! when i came back from my run and stopped to breath, i wasn't sure whether to cry hysterically or laugh hysterically. So, I kind of did both!! I think i may have freaked a neighbor, tho, who was putting his trash out on the side walk for pick-up! I didn't even care! God is so amazing! I am so filled with him right now, i'm not sure how i'm going to be able to settle down into my homework! I know he calls us to study when needed, so his grace will come through!! :)
God Bless everyone reading this. Thanks for taking the time to listen to my rambling update on my life in Christ right now! I'm so giddy, i just hope this all makes sense!

Rollar Coaster Day

oh Hey..
Today was crazy! I had an amazing church service from 8- 10.30 in Bethel. Then came home, changed and went to work.
Work was difficult. Up till my break things kept going bad, and i wasn't able to remember the codes to punch in, etc.. crazy! I wanted to cry during my break. Instead, i found a quiet place alone, and i praised God for giving me this job, and being the center of my life, and for who he is. I felt so refreshed! It was a good faith builder!

The 3 hours after the break were better, but still hard and stressful! It shouldn't be this hard! I know God is just teaching me lessons! After work i went to the evening Service at Twin View Campus. It was a night of worship. 7-10.30!!! God really met me, and i was able to cry to him! What comfort he brings! The music was a God-send for sure!
I feel so peaceful now. I am believing for an amazing day of work tomorrow! 5 hours..God is going to show up for sure!
Goodnight!

Retreat Week

Hi all!
This week we (My revival group, and 3 others) spent 2 nights in Chico, California at a YWAM base. It was amazing and Beautiful! The weather was perfect. Over 100F.
Night One: 2nd year students and Interns walked around prophesying over us 1st years. They would draw prophetic art on peoples arms, or draw them a prophetic picture, and hand it to them. It was amazing how spot on they were! Not sure how it happened, but i wasn't prophesied over at all the 2 days. Must have just been at the wrong place at the right time! No worries, though.
After we got settled into our wonderful air-conditioned room, and ate a fabulous dinner, we headed down to the sanctuary!
The service was amazing! The sound system for worship wasn't in the greatest shape, but we were there to worship God, not hear the best music, so we let God lead us through songs of dance, praise, prayers, and laughter.
There was a time of  Interns prophesying over us as a group, and some individually.

The prayer that came afterwards was so impacting! God was so present and loving on people in special ways!

Day 2 was filled with getting to know our revival group on a deeper level, swimming, hiking to the top of a beautiful mountain, drinking any water we could find in the lobby, and socializing! It was an extremely hot day...it felt great!
For the evening service we danced like crazy for worship, heard a message...powerful! Then we had a soaking time and prayer time where almost everyone was laid out on the floor alone with God.
Then...we had a fire tunnel!! All the second year and Interns created a tunnel, and released joy over us as we walked through- or tried to walk through. God Hit people hard with his glory! It was amazing.
For the next 30-40 min. we jumped and danced for Jesus. We got rid of things that were holding us back in life, such as fear, finance issues, and a list of others!!

Needless to say, no one got much sleep those 2 days.
Friday night I went to my peaceful room to take a nap at 7.20pm.....at 9.33am Saturday morning i woke up! 14 hours of sleep later, i am fully refreshed and caught up!

Now...time for my daily dose of coffee!!

My First Post!

Hi All!
This is my first blog, and I'm just now figuring out how to use this site. It's been so long since I've Blogged!
California is Beautiful! I absolutely love it here! There are 8 girls living in my home. We do have enough personal space. The house is usually full of laughter, prayers, skyping chats, and long conversations. Its great connected with each girl on a different level. I still haven't learned to cook, but i'm getting there!Slowly. Last week i made chicken breasts for the first time in the oven. Via the help of my sister, Krystal, and roomies Chanel Long (from South Africa!) and Mary Wiggins (From Canada!) I'll get there! It's September, and I lay out all the time. Yesterday it was over 100 degrees F. and i got a tad burnt on my nose :) Sorry to all of those in cold weather...I Don't envy you! Not in the Least bit. California is definitely where my heart was called to, weather and all. I live tops 5 miles away from ANYTHING i need. I could walk to school if i wanted to.

I'm saving a ton of money on Gas! It's great!

Bethel School/Church: Everyday of school feels like the best church service i ever attended. It's what all churches should be like. Just about every day we start off with an amazing holy-ghost time of worship, then lead into teaching. In a short 3 weeks, i've already felt myself changing and growing. God is Amazing. He loves to throw out reminders of his presence and love everywhere. I'm learning to recognize those. He's also teaching me a lot about my self identity, and how much he really LOVES me!
I've been so blessed to have an amazing earthly Father that truly demonstrates the love of a father, so i find it easier to grab onto the understanding of my heavenly father's love! Its so deep, so wide. Immeasurable!
Everyday for school we leave 45 min. early in order to save seats, and get good ones. it fills up so fast! everyone is eager to get there early to socialize and be in the presence. For church my group has to sit in a side room and watch the service from a projector because of how full the church gets. There are 2 full services at the main building, and 2 at a different campus, where the service is also streamed! Its incredible!

For homework i have to read the bible everynight, fill out pages in an identity workbook, fill out and read another book about understanding the bible, and read The Happy Intercessor. It's an incredible book if you haven't yet read it. Last week we had a book due, and before that another one. It's a crazy lot of reading, but so informative and interesting! Love it!

That about sums it up for now. Hopefully future posts won't be this long!
If you have any questions, be sure to let me know!

Everyone should come visit this church. It's deeply moving in the holy spirit, and has such a freedom and thirst for more of God!!!
God Bless!
